Hello,
Could u explain, how new jewels works? I ask because I couldnt put "Jewel of Excellent" on weapon +13. I suppose that putting jewels is only allowed for weapons/set+0 (normal items) or it is just only for add options in excellent weapons/set +0-13. Am I right or not? Thank you for answer.

It needs for adding options in excellent items. No more then 3 option for item. You can put this one only on excellent items.
